B. Braun Philippines is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision making. You will deliver financial insights, develop dashboards, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize performance and governance across the organization.

The role requires 3–5 years in FP&A/controlling, strong SAP and Power BI skills, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint for executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA qualification preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, financial planning and business partnering.
• Strong SAP (mandatory) and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for dashboards and presentations.
• Experience in multinational controlling environments.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial plans with variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports with clear management recommendations.
• Monitor KPIs, support business units in understanding results and dashboards.
• Assist in implementing internal controls and audits, ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with operations, commercial, HR to provide financial guidance.
