Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines in Makati is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner for Wholesale Banking Sectors and Products. You will join the Global Finance Wholesale Banking team to link product performance to financial outcomes and provide senior-level advisory.

The role is anchored in Makati, with collaboration across global stakeholders and Head Office Finance teams. The ideal candidate has deep wholesale banking knowledge, mature partnering skills, and the ability to translate financial data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
Ten years+ experience in FP&A, business partnering, or performance management in wholesale banking preferred.
Strong knowledge of banking performance language and P&L analysis.

Responsibilities

Act as senior Finance Business Partner for Wholesale Banking sectors and products with decision-ready insights.
Link performance to financial outcomes: revenue, cost, RWA, liquidity, and capital.
Lead planning, rolling forecast, and variance analysis with clear narratives.
Provide cost, FTE, and investment insights for management actions.
Maintain data quality and auditability in management accounting systems.
Present insights to senior stakeholders with clarity and relevance.
Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure alignment and stakeholder experience.
Drive automation and capability uplift across finance advisory and governance.
