Our Clients in Mandaluyong City is seeking a Head of Management Reporting & Business Finance to oversee financial planning, business analysis, and management reporting. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to drive profitability and operational excellence.

The role requires 10+ years in finance, CPA preferred, and on-site work in Mandaluyong. You will lead a finance team and deliver executive dashboards for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field required.
• CPA preferred.
• 10+ years in finance, including FP&A or management accounting.
• Experience in Retail, Restaurant, Food Service, or FMCG.
• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead management reporting and financial planning functions.
• Oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Deliver actionable financial insights to senior management.
• Evaluate business performance, margins, and operating costs.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance.
• Ensure timely preparation of executive reports and dashboards.
• Manage and develop the finance team.
