Our Clients in Mandaluyong is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Head to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for a fast-growing Food & Beverage company.

The role collaborates with senior leaders to provide financial insights that inform strategic decision-making and growth initiatives, requiring strong modeling, leadership, and ERP/Excel proficiency. On-site work is required in Mandaluyong City.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
• CPA is an advantage.
• 10+ years of FP&A or management accounting experience.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, restaurant, retail, or FMCG industries.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience.
• Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare management reports and financial performance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, operating costs, profitability, and business trends.
• Provide recommendations to improve operational and financial performance.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Head to lead budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management for a fast-growing food and beverage company. This role will work closely with senior leaders to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.


• Prepare management reports and financial performance analysis.
