Job summary

FWD Life Insurance Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive acquisition and retention across branch networks and bank partners. The role focuses on delivering sales performance while maintaining quality business in the assigned area.

You will offer FWD’s Traditional and Variable products to Security Bank clients and build strong relationships to generate leads and sustain growth in the distribution model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Solid sales experience, preferably in insurance, banking, real estate or pharma.
• Strong sales performance in financial services and corporate banking or wealth management is an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication with client focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver overall sales performance and acquire new business.
• Retain quality business for the assigned branch and area.
• Implement strategic initiatives to build relations with bank partners and grow the sales distribution model.
• Offer FWD products to Security Bank clients and generate leads through bank relationships.
