You will collaborate with senior leadership on financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision making, supporting fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• CPA required with strong technical accounting and internal controls background.
• Experience as Financial Controller or senior finance leader in multi-entity environments.
• Experience with audit firms is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability in financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and business planning.
• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP system.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker balancing operations with long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial statements across multiple entities.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and finance policies.
• Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and external audits.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, systems improvements, and process automation.
• Partner with business leaders in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision making.
• Support fundraising, due diligence, M&A, and investor reporting as required.
• Help build a high-performing finance organization capable of supporting rapid growth.
• Negotiate commercial terms.
