You will lead budgeting, financial analysis, and corporate controls, ensuring accurate ledgers and timely reports while driving process improvements and staff development across the finance function.

Qualifications

• BS in Accountancy; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Can interpret financial data and recommend actions.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines with drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Participates in development and execution of annual plan/budget.
• Provides qualitative and quantitative financial analysis.
• Performs financial modeling and cost-benefit analyses.
• Gathers and consolidates financial information for reporting.
• Reviews performance vs standards and recommends corrective actions.
• Implements corporate policies and GAAP compliance.
• Manages cash and banking relationships; monitors currency risk.
• Ensures integrity of the general ledger across systems.
• Identifies process improvements to strengthen controls.
