Pioneer Adhesives Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making through timely financial reporting and compliance for RCIV and PAFI.

The role covers accounting, tax compliance, bank reconciliations, monthly closing activities, and assisting with budgets and audits, with ERP systems experience (SAP/Oracle/Netsuite/Acumatica) preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Accountancy (CPA preferred).
• 1 year of experience in General Accounting and Taxation.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, Netsuite or Acumatica.

Responsibilities

• Timely recognition of income and expenses for RCIV.
• Prepare monthly closing checklist for RCIV.
• Prepare billings to customers and obtain collections.
• Prepare monthly amortization schedule for prepaid expenses.
• Monthly bank reconciliation and scrub of GL/SL balances.
• Support annual audit and financial statement preparation for RCIV and PAFI.
