Job summary
Adaca is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to bridge Finance, ICT, and external suppliers. You will lead the implementation and improvements of ERP and finance reporting systems, ensuring reliable outputs and compliance with internal controls.
You will manage budgeting, reporting, and data integrity while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to drive process improvements and effective stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
- Strong ERP experience.
- Strong communicator bridging Finance, IT and Senior Leaders.
- Experience developing financial reports in Power BI Online.
- Proactive attitude and ability to pick up processes quickly.
- Ability to work autonomously or in a team.
- Experience in similar Finance-IT roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for finance systems and resolve report discrepancies.
- Administer and maintain chart of accounts, master data, reporting structures and mappings.
- Maintain budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes with reliable outputs.
- Manage user access and authorisations across finance systems.
- Lead finance system improvement initiatives from analysis to implementation.
- Coordinate system integrations, upgrades, testing, and release validation.
- Design and maintain financial reports, including board reports.
- Develop training materials and deliver end-user training.
- Create and maintain a knowledge base for support.
