Job summary

Xerox is seeking a Reporting Manager to lead the GBS Record to Report team in Cebu, Philippines. The role oversees up to 10 analysts, driving accurate month-end reporting, financial analysis, and process improvements while coordinating with global finance and transformation teams.

The ideal candidate brings FP&A and US GAAP experience in a multinational context, with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• US GAAP knowledge and multinational experience preferred.
• Experience leading larger or virtual teams with strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of month-end results, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare and modernize monthly financial reporting using available tools.
• Support internal controls and audits (SARBOX) compliance.
• Lead reporting process improvements and global standardization initiatives.
• Provide guidance to up to 10 analysts and handle ad hoc analysis and business reviews.
