Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
10+ years in accounting or finance with at least 5 years leading multiple teams.
US GAAP knowledge and experience managing financial responsibility for significant balances in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple managers and their teams in delivering accurate month end results, financial analysis, and reporting.
Transform financial reporting by moving legacy processes toward modern tools and technology enabled insights.
Review, eliminate, standardize, and improve reporting processes while supporting global process alignment.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and internal and external audit requirements, including SARBOX.
Partner with stakeholders and transformation teams to support business analysis, Business Reviews, knowledge transfer, and successful delivery of reporting change.
