Job summary

Probe CX in Quezon City, Philippines seeks a seasoned Finance Business Partner to guide Support and SG&A spend. You will drive monthly spend reporting, variance analysis, and stakeholder-focused financial insights, using NetSuite and Adaptive Planning to guide budget allocation and cost control in a fast-paced BPO setting.

Qualifications

CPA preferred with 5+ years in FP&A or Finance Business Partner roles.
Experience in BPO or shared services is highly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly spend reporting for Support and SG&A departments.
Conduct variance analysis and highlight key deviations, risks and trends.
Prepare granular spend summaries with transaction-level detail for department heads.
Partner with Financial Controller to review results with department heads and translate numbers into actions.
Ensure spend remains aligned with budgets and corporate limits.
Educate non-finance stakeholders on financial processes and systems.
