Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands seeks a Finance Business Partner to provide essential financial and non-financial analysis to guide planning, strategy, performance management, and decision making while helping the business hit targets.

You will lead management reporting, budgeting, and performance monitoring, supervise MIS/Analytics where applicable, and ensure timely, accurate financial information for quarterly and annual reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Mathematics, Business, or Management.
4-6 years of work experience in Financial Analysis, financial planning, and forecasting.
CPA with audit experience; CFA certification optional.
Demonstrated ability to perform in high‑pressure, highly competitive environments.

Responsibilities

Prepares comprehensive performance reports for monthly, quarterly, or annual business reviews to guide strategic and tactical decision-making.
Monitors data requirements and designs reports for end-users in a timely manner.
Oversees MIS/Analytics Unit to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
Manages budgeting and financial planning aligned with the bank's objectives.
Monitors OPEX, CAPEX and headcount to keep the business within budget.
