Job summary

Security Bank is seeking an experienced Finance Partner/Analyst in Metro Manila to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across segments. You will deliver analytical insights, collaborate with senior management, and help improve internal controls and profitability reporting.

The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong data skills, and proficiency with MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint; Oracle knowledge is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position located in Makati.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with the senior management team.
• Financial and data analysis, reports and process rationalization, preferably with banking, treasury or financial markets.
• Experience in capex/opex management and strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of Oracle systems is an advantage.
• Business scenario modeling and cost management experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial planning and analysis, develop consolidated plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Produce analyses of segment performance against plans, highlighting variances and opportunities.
• Articulate key business drivers and provide insights for decision making.
• Support strategy development and strengthen internal controls related to financial reporting.
• Integrate data from various sources to prepare profitability reports for assigned groups.
• Collaborate across departments to drive finance transformation initiatives.
