Qualifications

• Strong experience in finance operations, particularly in AP, AR, Audit, Government Compliance, and Budgeting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and finance clusters.
• Strong strategic finance background with ability to support business growth and cost optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Audit, and Government Compliance
• Lead and manage team leads across different finance functions, ensuring team performance and operational efficiency
• Prepare, monitor, and manage company budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Manage audit preparation and coordination for both internal and external audits
• Oversee government compliance requirements, including regulatory filings and financial obligations
• Maximize financial performance by identifying strategic opportunities for cost control, savings, and process improvements
• Ensure proper implementation and optimization of SAP ERP processes across finance operations
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance across all finance processes
