Forticare Health Systems International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and strategic finance initiatives.

This role will work closely with Senior Management and the Accounting Department to ensure sound financial management, regulatory compliance, and informed business decision-making. Qualifications

• CPA preferred; Bachelor's in Accountancy/Finance.
• At least 5 years in Finance with 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience in HMO/Healthcare or financial services is highly preferred; PFRS 17 knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategies aligned with the Company's objectives.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial analyses and reports.
• Oversee IFS/AFS and management/reporting obligations; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage cash flow projections and funding requirements.
• Review and validate agent and sales commission calculations; improve processes.
