Job summary

RelianceUnited is seeking a Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance across multiple business units in the Philippines. The role focuses on sound financial control, strategic planning, and delivering timely insights for decision-making.

The candidate will manage finance teams and collaborate with operations on pricing, expansion, and other strategic projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of finance or accounting experience
• Supervisor/managerial experience of 2–3 years
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards
• Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulations
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for 3 business units
• Present financial performance and KPIs to senior management and Board
• Drive cost optimization and governance
• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate with auditors
• Oversee GL, AP, AR, and costing processes
• Partner with operations on pricing and expansion decisions
• Mentor and develop finance team
