Job summary

Filinvest Development Corporation is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The role ensures alignment of financial strategies with business objectives while complying with local taxes and regulations.

The candidate will lead the finance team, develop models, and present reports to senior management. Strong knowledge of Philippine tax rules and experience with ERP systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting/finance or related field is required.
• CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• 5-8 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, 3+ in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR compliance and financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Provide regular financial insights and variance analyses to management.
• Support strategic planning by evaluating business risks and opportunities.
• Lead annual budgeting and cost control processes.
• Monitor expenses, capex, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with PFRS and regulatory requirements.
