Qualifications

• CPA certification with at least 5 years in accounting, audit, tax or finance.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control standards; tax reporting exposure.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office; able to analyze complex data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger activities, including month- and year-end closes.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and balance sheet accounts.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
• Oversee tax returns, statutory reports, and compliance with regulations.
• Manage accounts payable processes, vendor payments, and disbursements.
• Provide guidance to accounting and finance staff and coordinate with auditors.
