GCash, a leading FinTech company in the Philippines, seeks a seasoned financial executive to drive group-wide planning, governance, and capital allocation. The role emphasizes strategic oversight of portfolio companies, M&A activities, and investor relations coordination with the CFO Office.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of corporate finance experience, preferably with Big 4 or investment banking exposure, and holds CFA/MBA/CPA candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling financial forecast with stakeholders.

• Support valuations, investment assessments, and deal structuring for M&A and partnerships.
• Monitor post-transaction performance and strategic synergies.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and governance-related reporting.
