Job summary

GCash is seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance professional to partner with business units on financial analysis, reviews, and business case development, ensuring profitability while aligning with strategy.

You will work with reporting teams to recognize transactions, monitor KPIs, and drive budgeting and forecasting. A Bachelor's in business/finance and 5+ years of experience, plus proficiency in MS Office/Sheets, CFA/MBA/CPA preferred, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, accounting, or economics.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field (corporate finance, investor relations, treasury, budget/accounting, audit, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets.
• Preferred: CMA, CFA, MBA, CPA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units in financial analysis, commercials review, business case development and post-implementation review.
• Facilitate decisions with recommendations that affect profitability while aligning with corporate strategy and governance.
• Provide analysis linking financial reports to business strategies and initiatives.
