Job summary

GCash in the Philippines seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with business teams on financial planning, analysis, and profitability initiatives. You will drive business cases, monitor performance, and ensure alignment between financial results and strategy.

With 5+ years in corporate finance or related fields, you will excel at Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets, and communicate insights to stakeholders. CMA/CFA/MBA/CPA are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets with strong analytical ability.
• Ability to communicate insights to stakeholders and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• Partner with business teams on financial analysis, commercial reviews, and business case development
• Review projects post-implementation to assess performance and impact
• Provide clear insights that connect financial results to business strategies and initiatives
• Support decision-making by giving recommendations that improve profitability and align with company goals
• Work closely with the financial reporting team to ensure accurate recording of business activities
• Collaborate with budget and management reporting teams to align financial targets, KPIs, costs, and revenues

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investor relations, treasury, budgeting, accounting, or audit
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Nice to have: CMA, CFA, MBA, or CPA
