Job summary

Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

You will build integrated financial models, drive rolling forecasts, and provide timely analysis to guide strategic decisions. The role partners with Commercial, Supply Chain/Terminals, Retail and Operations, oversees the Corporate Planning function, and leads a small team.

Qualifications

CPA qualification is required; an MBA is an advantage.
At least 10 years of progressive FP&A or related experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
Experience in oil and gas, energy, or other capital-intensive industries preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex financial models and lead budgeting cycles.
Experience presenting to senior management, Board, or Board Committees.
Advanced Excel and ERP/BI tools experience (SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across all business units.
Consolidate plans into a company-wide financial plan with aligned assumptions.
Develop and maintain integrated financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Own scenario planning and stress-testing to inform risk discussions.
Prepare monthly management reports, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards.
Prepare CEO Reports and Board materials in coordination with the CFO.
Directly supervise the Corporate Planning Manager and function.
Review capital expenditure proposals using standard investment appraisal tools.
Analyze product/channel/customer profitability to identify margin improvements.
Drive continuous FP&A tools, templates, and systems improvements.
