Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
- CPA preferred or required.
- 10+ years in accounting/finance with controllership/audit exposure.
- Minimum 5 years in managerial role.
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and ERP.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations and month-end close.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strengthen internal controls and governance.
- Coordinate audits and manage financial reporting to executives.
- Provide strategic financial insights to CEO and executives.
- Develop and coach finance teams.
