Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking a data analytics professional to drive the financial modeling, capital budgeting, and performance management of agency initiatives aligned with Pru Life UK’s strategy. The role focuses on developing robust models, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance across processes.

The candidate will collaborate with Heads of PruVenture, Distribution, Agency Recruitment, Pricing, and Product Development to deliver actionable insights and sustain modeling competency

Responsibilities

• Conduct/review data analyses and lead interpretation to derive insights and estimate assumptions for agency projects and partnerships (MAPA, compensation, persistency, customer funnel).
• Develop financial or decision models aligned with proposed agency or partnership distribution initiatives.
• Maintain and validate models and ensure documentation is in place.
• Monitor and track the performance of launched projects against metrics with the project lead.
• Conduct valuation of projects for a 3-year projection period for capital budgeting in the business plan.
• Attend programs related to training, job management, professional development, and employee engagement.
• Ensure that all company policies, procedures, programs and instructions are carried out and comply with Pru Life UK Compliance Standards.
