Job summary

Colliers Philippines is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee accounting, budgeting, reporting, and tax compliance for its Manila operations. You will drive planning, policies, and internal controls, manage intercompany reconciliation, and mentor a team, ensuring timely closes and accurate financials for a multinational client base.

The role requires 12–15 years in a commercial finance environment, professional accounting qualifications, and deep knowledge of PH tax, US GAAP, and SOX.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of relevant commercial accounting experience.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong PH tax, US GAAP, and SOX knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships.
• Experience in investment property management and leasing practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations including closing, reporting, and tax compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Develop and enforce internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff for timely and quality deliverables.
