Job summary

Colliers Philippines is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee controlling, budgeting, reporting, MIS, and tax. You will drive policy upgrades, monthly closes, and strategic forecasts while leading an accounting team across the organization.

The role requires extensive experience, professional qualifications, and strong cross-functional collaboration to support growth and multi-national compliance.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of relevant accounting/finance experience in a commercial environment.
• Professional accounting qualification required (e.g., Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax law, US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly closing and financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows).
• Prepare management reports and financial plans/budgets.
• Lead audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls.
