Job summary

KIV Marketing Company in the Philippines seeks a proactive Sales Support Specialist to assist bidding, client servicing, and project coordination. You will prepare proposals, coordinate with clients and internal teams, monitor project delivery, and handle billing documentation as part of end-to-end service delivery.

The role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with industrial products, and willingness to travel nationwide to support projects and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in sales support, bidding, project coordination, client servicing, or documentation.
• Exposure to corporate clients, government agencies, contractors, or consultants is a plus.
• Familiarity with industrial, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or technical products and services is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and related apps.
• Willing to do field work and travel nationwide when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepares sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Prepares bid documents, compliance requirements, and other client submissions, and assists in bidding activities.
• Coordinates with clients and internal departments regarding project requirements, changes, clarifications, schedules, and other concerns.
• Monitors delivery of goods and completion of projects from award through delivery, acceptance, and turnover.
• Coordinates client presentations, product demonstrations, training, and after-sales requirements.
• Prepares and monitors all billing and collection document requirements and coordinates with clients to facilitate timely collection.
