Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree required.
• Graduate in BS Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related 4-year course.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Relevant experience in marketing support, promotions or event management preferred.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and liquidation of activities.
• Coordinate sales incentive programs, rewards distribution, and provide admin support to the sales network.
• Prepare, consolidate, and maintain accurate sales reports and databases.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and activities.
• Assist in preparation and distribution of marketing materials, campaigns, and digital content.
• Coordinate with suppliers and creatives for marketing collateral production.
• Support planning and execution of events such as recruitment drives, grand launches, open houses, and recognition programs.
• Provide direct administrative assistance to the Sales Director.
• Handle documentation and coordination with internal departments.
