SolarWinds, a leading SaaS solutions provider, seeks a Customer Success Manager in Manila to grow strategic relationships with key customers. You will drive adoption, retention, and upsell opportunities while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, data-driven decision making, and a deep understanding of IT networking and security. Collaboration with multiple departments is essential for delivering value and achieving revenue retention.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT in a customer-facing role (CSM, TAM, etc).
• Experience managing mid-market or enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of networking and security products.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms like Salesforce, Netsuite or Gainsight.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive adoption and retention.
• Lead value-based discussions with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion.
• Educate customers about SolarWinds product offerings and ROI.
• Mentor and support the Customer Success team.
