Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
TOGAF certification preferred; PMP/ITIL a plus.
Experience with enterprise architecture across business, information, application, and technology domains.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in telco or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

Translate customer journeys and strategic priorities into target architecture directions.
Assess initiative designs against architecture principles and policies; provide guidance and trade-offs.
Collaborate with architects to resolve cross-initiative dependencies and reduce duplication.
Update capability maps, value streams, and reference architectures to reflect evolving priorities.
Prepare architecture narratives and visuals to support leadership decisions.
Identify risks and opportunities for reuse and platform leverage.
Deliver clear, outcomes-focused architecture guidance.
