Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Architect to consult with business leaders on strategies and to define the architecture for transitioning to an ERP platform. You will create strategic requirements, models, and governance to strengthen information sharing across Globe.

You will lead cross-functional discussions, align initiatives with architecture principles, and guide teams through complex transformations while ensuring architectural coherence and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-year course in Engineering/IT or related field.
• TOGAF certification preferred.
• Experience in enterprise architecture across business, information, application and technology domains.
• Experience in large-scale, regulated environments such as telco is a plus.
• Strong requirements gathering and systems design experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with product and business leaders to translate strategies into target architecture directions.

Leveraging your ERP knowledge and experience to help define the architecture for transitioning to a new best-in-call ERP platform. Creates the strategic requirements, principles, models and designs that strengthen the network effect of sharing such information across the enterprise. Supports, develops, and communicates business unit-wide policies, standards, guidelines and procedures. Coordinates architecture implementation and modification activities. Consults on application or infrastructure development projects to fit systems or infrastructure to the technical architecture, and identify when it is necessary to modify the technical/solution architecture to accommodate project needs. Leads the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities. Analyzes, designs, and develops a roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
