Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect Lead to guide a team of architects, define architectures for implementation projects, and drive secure, scalable solutions across Globe technologies. You will respond to RFPs, develop platform expertise, and share best practices with the architecture community.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business units, IT teams, and vendors to ensure architecture options are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive work experience in designing, implementing and leading technology/business solutions.
• Experience in Information Technology/Telecommunication Industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solutions Architects and own technical engagements across implementation projects.
• Partner with business units and IT to identify technology-enabled solutions aligned to business goals.
• Develop functional roadmaps and document business requirements, data and process flows.
• Support project implementations by coordinating with vendors and IT teams to manage change and delivery.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge within the solutions architect community.
