Job summary

Chevron Philippines Inc. is seeking a Category Specialist in Makati City to lead end-to-end contracting across strategy, sourcing, execution and post‑award management. The role partners with stakeholders and category teams to deliver value and mitigate risks.

Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder skills are essential. The ideal candidate brings substantial experience in pre- and post‑award contracting, with proficiency in Smart by GEP, Ariba, and SAP, plus MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 6 years in sourcing, contracting, negotiations, RFX, and post‑award management (or 10+ years in lieu of degree).
• Proven ability to lead supplier negotiations and perform commercial analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contracting across the lifecycle.
• Develop and review scopes of work and contracting strategies.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and manage supplier communications.
