Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business Admin, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field.
6+ years in sourcing, contracting, negotiations, RFX, and post-award contract management (or 10+ years without a degree).
Proven ability to lead supplier negotiations and conduct commercial and technical analyses.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with Smart by GEP/Ariba and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end contracting activities across the lifecycle from strategy to post-award management.
Develop and execute contracting strategies with stakeholders and category managers.
Draft and negotiate contracts, develop scopes of work, manage supplier communications, and support sourcing events.
Mentor contracting professionals and continuously improve processes using technology.
