• BPO/call center exposure is strongly preferred.
• Comfort working across operational and support initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear scopes and workplans.
• Maintain audit-ready project documentation.
• Drive day-to-day execution across multiple initiatives.
• Identify organizational areas of opportunity.
• Support solution development and status reporting.
• Proactively manage dependencies and risks.
• Support change execution through effective communication.
