Job summary

Pluxee is hiring a Digital Marketing Officer in the Philippines to assist the Digital Marketing Manager. You will help develop, execute, track, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media to drive acquisition, engagement, and growth.

The role covers email marketing, CRM-driven workflows, influencer initiatives, and performance reporting for B2B and B2C audiences. Requires 2–4 years in digital marketing and strong analytic skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years in digital marketing, marketing automation, or performance marketing.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience managing paid media across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience in influencer marketing.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns for lead generation and engagement.
• Draft and monitor email campaigns and automated customer journeys for B2B and B2C.
• Manage audience segmentation and lead nurturing through CRM/automation tools.
• Maintain CRM data quality and audience targeting accuracy.
• Assist with copywriting for ads, emails, landing pages, and lead gen.</br>
• Track and optimize campaign performance against KPIs and ROI.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign alignment.
• Support influencer marketing, including outreach, coordination, and reporting.
• Manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
