• Coordinate daily deployment schedules of drivers, helpers, and manpower.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements, schedules, and operational concerns.
• Monitor attendance, absences, and manpower availability.
• Coordinate with HR regarding recruitment needs, employee concerns, and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with the Administration team regarding vehicle availability, equipment, permits, and other operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain deployment reports, dispatch records, and related documentation.
• Monitor service completion and ensure timely updates to clients and management.
• Address operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
