Job summary

Lifestrong Marketing Inc. is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to oversee stock availability and develop accurate order plans. You will provide sales trend analysis to management, and coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations to optimize inventory.

You will supervise a team of demand planners, refine forecast assumptions, and drive improvements in planning processes and ERP implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning and forecasting for multiple brands/SKUs.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead a team and coordinate with cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of demand planners, providing guidance and feedback.
• Own baseline forecast per brand and SKU, update for new products and promotions.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics.
