Lifesports Inc. is seeking a Senior Demand Planner/Buyer to lead end-to-end forecasting, inventory planning, and procurement. The role emphasizes coordinating with international suppliers, optimizing stock levels, and aligning procurement with sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in demand planning, analytics, and Excel proficiency, with experience in ERP systems such as Odoo. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in demand planning, inventory management, buying, or procurement.
• Experience managing international suppliers and importation processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas).
• Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Coordinate purchase orders and align procurement with sales and market demand.
• Manage stock levels, reorder points, and lead times for multiple brands.
• Oversee international orders, shipping docs, and coordination with freight forwarders.
• Generate reports on forecast accuracy, stock coverage, and procurement performance.
• Identify process improvements in demand planning and procurement.
