Job summary

Benby Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Demand and Supply Planner to review stock transfer plans, refine monthly forecasts for VisMin, and monitor forecasted items to prevent gaps. A Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in demand and supply planning are required, with FMCG experience preferred.

Hybrid work setup (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite) in Banawe, Quezon City is offered, supporting collaboration across distribution centers and principals to optimize inventory levels and service performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder with 2–3 years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning, including inventory management across multiple distribution centers.
• Proven experience in supply and demand coordination with principals and managing inventory-related costs such as inbound logistics, local transfers, stock aging/expiry, and inventory levels.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with data-driven communication in verbal and written form.
• FMCG experience is preferred; willing to work in a hybrid setup (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite) in Banawe, Quezon City.
