Job summary

Matimco, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Planning Officer to oversee demand planning and inventory management across Luzon and VisMin. You will collaborate with Brand, Sourcing, and Plant Operations to align production schedules and optimize material availability.

The role requires at least a bachelor's degree in a related field, 2 years in operations or SCM, and strong analytical and communication skills to support cross-functional decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to recognize inconsistencies, detect errors, and synthesize complex information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brand, Sourcing, and Plant Operations to align execution and ensure material availability matches forecasting plans
• Release Production Output targets for assigned product lines
• Monitor Balance Order items to determine raw material (RM) requirements
• Monitor and review demand plans and inventory-related processes to ensure healthy stock levels in both Luzon and VisMin regions
• Release Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for assigned product lines
• Plot stock arrival schedules aligned with supplier constraints
• Monitor stock arrivals, demand movements, sales compliance, inventory health, and warehouse compliance
• Provide insightful analysis and data-backed recommendations to guide decision-making on inventory management
• Formulate and build planning and monitoring templates to improve team efficiency
• Generate daily and monthly inventory/planning reports as required
