Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain functions (demand forecasting and inventory control/management).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes auto-replenishment plans and suggests re-orders per schedules.
• Executes quantity overrides for promo or allocated items.
• Creates and releases purchase orders to suppliers based on final replenishment plan.
• Maintains SKU status in JDA (Active/Inactive) per category buyers' instructions.
• Coordinates with the Distribution Center for timely stock dispatch to stores.
