Job summary

HRTX is seeking a data analyst in the Philippines to analyze sales and marketing data across categories and communicate actionable insights to buying, sales, and marketing teams.

You will interpret large transaction and customer data to inform category futures, work with cross-functional stakeholders, and own seasonal reporting such as sell-through performance for assigned categories.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of solid SQL querying experience, including BigQuery.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Proficient in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Familiar with ETL processes and data integration.
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales and marketing information for assigned categories and propose next steps.
• Provide insights on large transaction and customer data to business leaders.
• Articulate insights clearly to help category futures and strategies.
• Own seasonal reporting including sell-through and seasonal performance reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet reporting needs.
