Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the Philippines is seeking a Data Governance Lead to establish and operate governance across the DNA Data and Analytics portfolio. You will ensure clear ownership, definitions, quality, lineage, controls, and evidence of fitness for purpose to support trusted decisions and regulatory compliance.

You'll work with business owners, stewards, technology teams, risk functions, and partners to translate enterprise requirements into practical practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in data management or related field.
• 8+ years in data governance, data quality, metadata, or related areas.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks in complex organizations.
• Strong data ownership, stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of data platforms, data warehouses or lakes, ETL, and BI integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and operate governance roadmap, roles, and decision rights.
• Oversee data quality, lineage, metadata, and controls with evidence.
• Lead governance forums and report to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management through governance.
