Job summary

Sun Life Philippines seeks an experienced leader to own the Client 360 (C360) BAU, enhancements, and roadmap for L&H and W&P, coordinating partners and aligning with Asia standards. You will embed data governance and quality controls to deliver incremental business value.

With 10+ years in Data/MDM and multi‑vendor governance, you will drive architecture, integration, and DG/DQ across domains, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely releases with measurable benefits for clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data/MDM with multi-vendor leadership and governance.
• Experience integrating governance (CDE, DGIA, DQ, lineage) into product increments.

Responsibilities

• Own the BAU run, enhancement and roadmap for Client 360 capabilities; coordinate partners and align with Asia standards.
• Embed data governance and data quality controls; deliver incremental value to business stakeholders.
• Lead vendor and contract management; manage SoW staffing and milestones with IT teams.
• Architect and integrate solutions across L&H and W&P domains; ensure alignment with enterprise MDM.
• Drive DG and DQ integration, metadata lineage, gates and scorecards; promote adoption with DG Manager.
• Manage stakeholders, publish status and risks; monitor benefits realization and governance artefacts.
