Job Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Direct, structure, and manage day-to-day credit evaluation and collection operations
• Receivables Optimization: Guarantee the steady, timely recovery of accounts receivables to maintain optimal corporate cash flow
• Portfolio Risk Monitoring: Monitor aging accounts, identify critical risk patterns, and execute targeted strategies to resolve outstanding delinquencies
• Strategic Negotiation: Lead high-priority or complex debtor negotiations and establish formal, sustainable payment arrangements
• Analytical Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze collection performance and cash recovery metrics for senior management
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and develop the collection staff, ensuring high operational performance and morale
• Cross-Department Alignment: Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to align credit guidelines and streamline cash operations

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of solid experience specifically within credit risk management and collections. At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related financial field
• Core Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, stellar commercial negotiation tactics, and proven track record of managing high-volume portfolios
