Job summary

Ogilvy Philippines is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to work closely with the Project Director and Senior Project Managers, ensuring project plans align with client objectives and available resources. You will oversee creative workload and schedule management across agency teams.

You will coordinate with account managers, manage freelancer involvement, and proactively mitigate risks while keeping stakeholders informed and deadlines on track.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: coordinate with Senior Project Managers and Account Managers to assign work to creative teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of day-to-day requirements and manage cross-functional schedules.
• Assess requirements and reallocate workload; negotiate deadlines with account managers.
• Schedule briefings and internal meetings; facilitate team discussions.
• Source and manage freelancers as needed.
• Draft baseline schedules and secure approval from the Senior Project Manager.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans; communicate solutions.
• Track client POs, prepare PRFs, and coordinate with traffic for paperwork.
• Deliver internal requirements under supervision (e.g., awards entries).
• Maintain daily calendars and file internal paperwork for supplier payments.
