Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Digital Media and Performance Marketing with a strong understanding of attribution models, audience segmentation, and CRO principles.
• Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic development and refinement of comprehensive media plans for digital channels.
• Drive integration of performance marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize campaign performance against ROAS, CPA, LTV, and conversion rate.
• Lead strategic initiatives beyond traditional KPIs, focusing on growth and market share.
• Localize media strategies in partnership with brand teams for optimal spend across channels.
