Job summary

Chinabank PH is seeking a Trust Relationship Officer in Metro Manila to grow Corporate Trust by building new client relationships and servicing existing accounts. You will collaborate with various teams to introduce trust and investment solutions while ensuring timely and compliant account management.

The role focuses on relationship growth, credible client engagement, and delivering tailored trust banking services within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years in trust/portfolio management at a managerial level.
• Knowledge of trust banking, investments, and relevant regulations.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and business writing skills.
• Proactive communicator and cross-functional collaborator across the Bank.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of prospective clients through your network, referrals, and partnerships across the Bank.
• Prepare proposals, portfolio recommendations, presentations, and client meeting materials.
• Meet with prospective clients to discuss trust products and investment options.
• Strengthen existing relationships by identifying opportunities for additional investments and banking solutions.
• Manage day-to-day requirements of assigned trust accounts, including monitoring maturities and cash balances.
• Coordinate client instructions with the appropriate teams.
• Prepare and present periodic fund performance updates with Investment Officers.
• Review accounts to keep documentation, investments, and administration updated and compliant.
• Maintain complete client records and ensure transactions follow internal policies and regulations.
